REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Mondän & Co Interiors, we strive to deliver exceptional products and services. This Refund and Return Policy outlines our practices for physical products, custom services, and turnkey designs. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

 

  1. RETURN POLICY – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at happytohelp@mondan.co to initiate your return.
  2. Approval Process: If your return is approved, we will provide:
    • A return shipping label.
    • Instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Important Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
    • The item is defective or damaged.
    • You received the wrong item.
  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders or bespoke items).
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


Additionally, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to:

  • Return the item you have.
  • Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times vary; your bank or credit card company may take several business days to reflect the refund.


  1. REFUND POLICY – DESIGN SERVICES

Our design services are highly customized and involve significant time and expertise. As such, all fees for design services are non-refundable. Below are the details for each service tier:


2.1 Custom eDesigns (Virtual Interior Design)

  • Non-Refundable Policy: Once purchased, custom eDesign packages are non-refundable as we begin tailoring your design immediately upon order placement.
  • Revisions: To ensure satisfaction, we include up to three revisions as part of your package. Any revisions beyond this may incur additional fees.
  • No Refunds for Change of Mind: Refunds cannot be provided if you decide to change your mind or adjust the project scope after work has commenced.


2.2 Design On Demand (App-Based Pre-Designed Rooms)

  • Instant Delivery: Within 2 hours of purchase, your design is made available via our app. Once accessed or downloaded, these designs are considered delivered and cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Careful Selection: We encourage you to carefully review all available design options before purchase to ensure the selected design fits your needs.


2.3 Full-Service Interior Design Projects

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • If you cancel a Full-Service project mid-way, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
    • A 20% cancellation fee will apply to the remaining balance of the project.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Due to the resources and time committed to Full-Service projects, all fees are non-refundable.


  1. PRODUCT SOURCING LIMITATIONS

Physical Products in Custom Designs or Design on Demand

  • Mondän & Co Interiors sources products from third-party retailers for both custom eDesigns and turnkey designs.
  • No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of these products, as they are subject to retailer policies.
  • Returns for Third-Party Products:
    • If you need to return a product sourced through our recommendations, the return will be governed by the retailer’s policy.
    • Mondän & Co Interiors is not responsible for managing returns or refund processes for third-party products unless explicitly agreed upon for Full-Service clients.

 

  1. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include detailed photos of the damage or issue for evaluation.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.


  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Mondän & Co Interiors is not liable for refunds or damages resulting from delays, disruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supplier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
