The Vision

This wasn’t just a renovation—it was a reimagination. Our clients had a formal dining room they never used, sitting like a relic of a past lifestyle. The mission? Reclaim that space for something better. Something beautifully functional.

The Design

We split the outdated dining room into two entirely new experiences:

• A stylish spice kitchen that feels luxe but lives effortlessly—perfect for casual mornings and impromptu dinner parties.
• A bold, beautiful laundry room with personality, practicality, and yes… just a bit of joy (even on chore day).

By honoring how this family truly lives, we created spaces that support their rhythm—not the original floor plan from decades ago.
