Some entryways whisper. This one speaks.
When our clients moved into their home, the bones were there, a sweeping staircase, soaring ceilings, and walls flooded with light. But what it lacked was intention. There was no moment of arrival, no design punctuation. Just space… waiting for a story.
Our vision was to turn this underwhelming entry into a statement, a bold, luxurious welcome that felt both high-design and deeply livable.
We started from the up, replacing tired tile with striking black-and-white marble in a geometric inlay that set the tone for the rest of the home. The staircase railing was refreshed in a matte black finish, bringing graphic contrast and structure to the space. And to soften the architecture, we created a quiet sitting nook beneath the glass block — styled with:
Every element was intentional, every finish layered with purpose. This wasn’t just an upgrade. It was an arrival experience.
The Result:
“Now, guests walk in and actually pause. This space makes you take a breath, in the best way.”
The entryway isn’t just a pass-through. It’s the opening line of their home’s story, bold, refined, and beautifully told.
